This weekend was wonderful. Chris came home this weekend on a Thursday which is average for him. The reason this time it is so wonderful is because he worked through our weekend so coincidently that we were supposed to go to Grease the play in Downtown Seattle. This put his work schedule working 11 days straight when on average he only works 4.
He came home and we had a wonderful time this weekend. We spent time together and he worked diligently on what he is so proudly calling a Lanaide. Also know as a lanai or a veranda! He is so proud of it that he modeled for the Carpenters of America Calendar that he is taking all twelve months of! He is so funny but so creative. Now we are trying to decide what to do next to dress up our house.

I planted flowers and we cleaned out the garage. Well, if the truth be told he cleaned out the garage but I cleaned up my planting space all but the sweeping. It was fun to spend time together regardless of how dirty we got.
I made beef ribs on the BBQ on Saturday night and today we had watermelon with potato salad baked beans and shish Kabobs. It was wonderful to spend time with Braedyn and Chris with no concerns in the world. Moving at our own pace is wonderful.
